Shopping

Can I shop online with Sefalana?+

Not currently. Sefalana stores are physical - pop into your nearest store to shop. Use our locator to find one.

Are pamphlet prices honoured at all stores?+

Pamphlets are issued per format (Hyper, Cash & Carry, Shopper, Liquor). Prices apply to participating stores listed on the pamphlet - check the back cover for the list.

Can I return an item?+

Yes - within 7 days, with your till slip, at the original store. Some categories like fresh food are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Rewards & gift cards

How do I join Sefalana Rewards?+

Free at any till point or via our WhatsApp Channel. You only need a Botswana phone number.

Where can I redeem a gift card?+

In any Sefalana Hyper, Shopper, Shopper BIG One, Cash & Carry or Shopper Quick store. Valid for 12 months from purchase.

Liquor & age

What's the minimum age to buy liquor?+

18 years. Valid ID may be requested at point of sale.
